Refund policy

Please be advised that air bubbles within the cup (which can occur in the shipping process) are not grounds for replacement. These bubbles are considered an inevitable aspect of the shipping and handling process. DO NOT leave cups in extreme heat, DO NOT soak cups, and see care instructions that are included in your cup.

Please also note that all sales are final, and refunds are not offered. Please contact the seller if any damages are noted upon arrival.
